How do I apply the inserts?

Make sure your skin is clean and dry — avoid makeup, oils, or lotions, as these affect the adhesive. Put on your top first, then place the inserts inside the garment where you want your lift, pressing them onto your skin and the fabric.

What makes these different from regular inserts?

Unlike traditional inserts, ours are sticky on both sides — they grip your skin and your clothing for extra security, preventing nipple slips and staying hidden. No sewing required.

How many times can I reuse them?

With proper care, they're reusable for up to 40+ wears. Gently clean after each use and reapply the protective films right away to keep the adhesive fresh.
